We offer a 14-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs for heavy rigs are the responsibility of the customer.

Absolutely. We provide a 5-year warranty on all Trak Racer frames and a 1-year warranty on electronic components and accessories against manufacturing defects.
