At Trak Racer, we want to ensure your racing simulator setup meets your performance expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Equipment

  Carefully disassemble and pack all components in their original factory packaging, ensuring all hardware and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship to Trak Racer

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier to send the package back to our regional distribution center for inspection.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned gear, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
